OVERVIEW

Golden Waffles (formerly Golden Malted) has served America’s favorite breakfast since 1937. If you've ever enjoyed a tasty waffle at a hotel, restaurant, or certain mouse-themed amusement park, chances are it was a Golden Waffle. Their brand, once purely functional, lacked the joy that waffles bring. They needed a fresh identity that captured the joy that waffles bring while resonating with hotel guests, kitchen staff, and home consumers alike. Our team helped transform them from a back-of-house workhorse to a brand that’s warm, joyful and delivers golden perfection with every plate.

The logo features an iconic waffle mark with gooey edges and a centered heart, symbolizing the brand’s love for waffles.

The products and equipment needed to provide ease of use for both guests and employees. This was accomplished through strong type hierarchy, color coding, and simplified instructional icons.

DIGITAL

The digital experience focuses on educating and converting customers to the Waffle Program, breaking down each customer category’s specific benefits and product offerings.

EXTENSION

We geared up the Golden sales team with new swag, uniforms, van wraps, and more.
